APS MCC COURSE
The Airline Pilot Standard Multi Crew Cooperation Program is a new course at CAVOK Aviation Training. The learning objectives of the course includes the introduction to multi crew concept, crew cooperation and coordination, precise cockpit communication, clear distribution of workload, crosschecks, flight monitoring, call-outs and briefings, as well as the correct use of checklists and special actions in emergency situations - in real airline based operations. The APS MCC course also includes the opportunity to practice the skills that are necessary to be effective team leaders and members. This is achieved by training exercises in which the applicants are crew-members in the pilot flying (PF) and the pilot not flying or monitoring (PM) roles.
